THE EMPTY HOURS

As someone who prefers to make more traditional poetry with its emphasis on rhythm, rhyme, and meter, among all these other terms, this is a different experience for me. It seems to me more like a torrent of images and sounds. I hope that I was able to preserve the musicality and imagery that makes poetry special to me. The last thing I want to hear is that I just chopped up my sentences and called it a day.
